What is Sabbath all about.

I was getting ready to rest, for the sun was setting and it was time for our Sabbath.

Bere. (Gen.) 2:3

Now Elohim blessed the 7^th day and set it apart, because on it He rested from all His work which Elohim

In creating had made.

He created a set apart place where man and the tree of life would dwell. Yahweh in their midst.

Bere.(Gen.)3:22

And Yahweh Elohim said, “See the man has become like one of us, to know good and evil. And now, lest he put out his hand and take also of the tree of life, and eat and live forever.

Adam was sent out of the garden because of sin. This scripture tells me that this was a command or

He would not have everlasting life. My thoughts were when Adam took of the tree of life, he was being born again. The Word was nourishing him back to life. Feeding him the manna from heaven. His obedience blessed him with Seth who kept the promise seed moving forward.

Adam was able to find rest for his being. Even though sin separated him from his Abba Father. He found his way back by his obedience to hear the voice of Yahweh.

Now we all know that Sabbath is a time of Shalom, but why are there times it isn’t?

This is when Yahweh spoke to me at about 3 in the morning to tell me some things.

How can one rest if he carries the burdens of the world on his shoulder? And what does rest mean to us?

Is there may be a wrong picture being displayed? Ex. 16:28-30 is saying to Moshe, you did not guard my teachings. The other two scriptures give us detail how Sabbath is to be kept; now this is vital for one to know what it is to rest.

Now I will say I have done all that my own flesh wants in the comfort of Sabbath, for I watch many in the faith have different views, like some sleep all day, some have visitors and some attend a assembly lay food on the table and feast. Some stay in their homes and close the door, read the Torah, find teaching on the web. some go for a drive out in the country or just take a walk and smell the flowers and soak in the beauty of the outdoors. Some say my children can’t stay quiet all day, so they let them play outside or do games and other activities. Etc etc…

What is true rest in the eyes of Yahweh?

I think He explained it when He told Adam to take of the tree of life. For Yahushua is our Sabbath. That means the Word is our rest and we must yield to it, for the Spirit guides us into how He created us to be. When we believe the Word and act on it, it will destroy the works of the devil and his plans. Our mind is being renewed daily to think

with Yahushua’s mind.

When we allow Yahweh to do our battles weekly, for we are His children, the Sabbath rest will become a delight. The promise gift is ours, the Spirit of comfort and Shalom. Yahweh Himself!! Victory is ours and we will no longer become lazy and complacent but eager to obey the Word. And when the course is finished at the end of the week, Wow!! What a Joy rest will be in our being!

Set-apart is the Sabbath. For Yahweh so loved the world in Yoh 3:16 that He gave His brought forth Son, so everyone who believes in Him should not perish but possess life everlasting.

Now think of Him holding His Son in His Hand, cuddling His Son like we would cuddle a baby chick. His tears of Joy upon Him. Look what we will have if we knit ourselves with Yahushua. A Father who will put us down for a nap. And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.

This is the victory that is ours. If we repent and obey He will be pleased to give us rest on the Sabbath.

Matt 12:8

For the Son of Adam is the Master of the Sabbath.

Matt11:28

Come, to Me all you who labor and are burdened, and I shall give You rest

It sounds like we are invited to the wedding party; let’s not forget to wear our white garment.

As we travel the narrow path, may the flaming fire guide us as we come to the entrance with the Sheppard waiting as we enter in. Don’t be those who are not invited, for they thought they served but were rejected because they tried to enter another way. Yahushua did not know them.

Like the flood, it was too late but not for Noah and his family. For Noah was found righteous before Yahweh and knew how to rest his weary being, for he built the ark with the Hand of Yahweh and when rest came he could take in the comfort and shalom with everlasting Joy.

Remember He is making us the building of the new Yerushalayim where Yahushua is the chief cornerstone. And He is chiseling at our heart and making a new one and putting the right spirit in us. HalleluYah!!

Will we allow Him to renew us and keep us alive by His Word. Then only will we enter His rest. For on the 7^th day He put down His tools took a break and Rejoiced with those who entered into His rest. HalleluYah!!

For where Yahweh’s Spirit is there is freedom and rest for our being.

Remember to equip yourselves for the Set-apart feast that will soon be here. And when we come to gather, may we have a song in our heart to be forever grateful to the One whose kindness is everlasting.

A Right or a Wrong Picture?

To whom Yahweh leads!

How do we come to seeing what is right or wrong? We know that in Rom.8:7-8 minding the things of the flesh is enmity towards Elohim, for it does not subject itself to the Torah of Elohim, because it is not possible. And they in the flesh cannot please Elohim.

Now to begin seeing what is before us and how we separate ourselves in discerning what is right or wrong is to read:

Pro 4:20 my son, listen to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings.

Pro 4:21 Let them not depart from your eyes; Guard them in the midst of your heart;

Pro 4:22 for they are life to those who find them, and healing to all their flesh.

We have trials and a believer will find peace in the midst of them. Neil and I know this well. There were times when we wondered if a break would come our way, but thank goodness it didn’t come until Yahweh was ready to release us. And in the mean time we could rest knowing His Word would comfort us and cause healing to rise.

 Example; A mother bird will let her little one come out from under her wing so that it can learn to fly. If the little bird is having difficulty flapping its wings, the mother bird will come up from underneath and rescue her. Then she will have her try again to break the fear and soon the little one is flying. Is this not how He works with us?

Psa 91:4 He covers you with His feathers, and under His wings you take refuge; His truth is a shield and armour.

One must realize that testing is being done daily in those who are in His camp, not those outside of camp. It will seem like a roller coaster ride, but in this path, smooth sailing awaits you.LOL HalleluYah!!! Life everlasting!!!

 We have been recruited and ready to be trained for battle. The 10 tribes who went to scout out the land and saw the giants, weren’t spending their time being trained and building on the foundation that was needed to survive. It was like those in the flood, they didn’t make it. And so these men didn’t make it to the promise land.

Duet. 28 tells us about blessings and curses. A must in understanding what is right and wrong in our lives. If our earthly father and grandfathers cursed their lives by the choices they made it has an effect on us. Now the only way we should ever seek our past, is by the guiding of Yahweh. He will have us renounce those things that were a curse in our lives and we can rejoice if they were blessings.

Mat 15:13 But he answered and said, every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.

This is exciting to know He is creating us with His Word and everything else that tried to give us our birth right will be deleted, uprooted!! HalleluYah!! We have areas that have not been given to Him and as long as we keep them in our possession the harder it will be to dig them out.

Heb 10:26 for if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth,

There remaineth no more sacrifice for sins,

So repentance is necessary to come back to Him, with a humble and contrite spirit. We must see that we will come up against some obstacles along the way and a right and wrong picture will be displayed. Which will we choose?

My daughter was having me watch her children one day and she said to me, Mama read some scriptures to them and have them quote one. Oh wow! They are 1yr, 2 and 3yrs. Old.

My thought was, find a short scripture with a few words. I did! Here it is:

 Luk 21:19 Possess your life by your patience.

Well Shiloh the oldest boy was quoting the scripture to his little brother. His brother had a train he wanted and I guess he thought his little brother should be patient and give it over to him. It was so funny! Shiloh was willing to work at quoting the scripture, but his flesh wanted that train. We can all agree that at times we do the same thing.

So often when I am before my Father in worship, I think about the comfort of His arms around me. I don’t think of anything but how marvelous is He! “A reflection of righteousness is His Son”.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   

When I am complaining or murmuring, wanting my way or having a hauty disposition, this is a wrong picture! A reflection of flesh and satan.

      My choices can lead to destruction and my prayers can be an abomination.

Act 5:36  “For before these days Toḏah rose up, claiming to be somebody. A number of men, about four hundred, did join him. He was slain, and all who obeyed him were dispersed, and came to naught. 

      His fruit was obvious, rotten to the core!

Act 6:1 and in those days, when the taught ones were increasing, there arose a grumbling against the Hebrews by the Hellenists, because their widows were overlooked in the daily serving.

     Act 6:2 so the twelve summoned the group of the taught ones and said, “It is not pleasing for us to leave the Word of Elohim and serve tables.

     Act 6:3 “Therefore, brothers, seek out from among you seven men who are known to be filled with the Set-apart Spirit and wisdom, whom we shall appoint for this duty,

      Act 6:4 but we shall give ourselves continually to prayer and to serving the Word.”

Act 6:5 and the word pleased the entire group. And they chose Stephanos, a man filled with belief and the Set-apart Spirit, and Philip, and Prochoros, and Nikanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nikolaos, a convert from Antioch,

Act 6:6 whom they set before the emissaries. And when they had prayed, they laid hands on them.

Act 6:7 And the Word of Elohim spread, and the number of the taught ones increased greatly in Yerushalayim, and a great many of the priests were obedient to the belief.

A right picture with much fruit.

      Rom 5:9 much more then, having now been declared right by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him

     

      Zec 4:6  And he answered and said to me, “This is the word of יהוה to Zerubbaḇel, ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ said יהוה of hosts.

     

      When the disciples were praying they waited before laying hands on the men. The Spirit was rising up within them and I believe The Right hand of Yahweh, Yahushua would be the one to touch the men. Acts 6:6. Something to ponder on. How awesome!!

      Psa 33:16 the sovereign is not saved by the multitude of an army; a mighty man is not delivered by great strength.

Psa 33:17 a horse is a vain means of safety; neither does it rescue any by its great power.

Psa 33:18 See, the eye of יהוה is on those fearing Him, on those waiting for His kindness,

Psa 33:19 to deliver their being from death, And to keep them alive during scarcity of food.

Psa 33:20 our being has longed for יהוה; our help and our shield is He.

Psa 33:21 for our heart does rejoice in Him, for we have put our trust in His set-apart Name.

Psa 33:22 Let your kindness, O יהוה, be upon us, Even as we wait for you.      

All about waiting!!   Shiloh says. Luk. 21:19 Possess your lives by your patience.

May my family in Yahweh receive your goodness and implant your Word on their heart.

Keep them lifted up with the Joy of Your strength. And may we all have a testimony so that the light shines in us. May a right picture be before us at all times?

I consider carefully what it is that Yahweh desires of me.

Lk 12:27

Considered the lilies how they grow. For they do not labor nor do they spin. But I say to you that not even Shleemon in all his esteem was covered like one of these.

Lk 12:31

Never the less, seek the Kingdom of Elohim and these things shall be added unto you.

Lk 12:32

Little flock do not fear  because your Father desires to give the Kingdom to you.

(Here it is, He wants us to seek the Kingdom, for He desires to give it to us.) How awesome is He! Wow!

Lk 12:34

For that where your treasure is, there  will your heart be also, Let Him find you while you are awake, with your lamps lit.

Rd all of Lk. 12:27-37

My heart has always been in writing the thoughts scripture always provides in my life. It is the source of life which was and is the sole purpose of how we know that we are Yahweh’s children.

Yoh (John) 3:36

He who believes in the Son has life that is eternal, and he who does not obey the Son  will not see life, rather the wrath of Elohim will rise up against him.  

By our obedience to His Word, then only will we be His Set-apart people, creating the Spiritual Kingdom. For we are the building of the New Yerushalayim. (Hebrew)Yahushua is head of the cornerstone .

Eph. 2:20

Having been built up on the foundation (think) of the apostles, messengers, sent ones and the prophets; Yahushua  Messiah Himself being the head of the cornerstone,

 Eph. 2:21

In whom all the building, being joined together,  grows into a Set-apart Dwelling place in Yahweh,
Eph. 2:22

In whom you also are being built together into a dwelling place of Elohim in the Spirit.

I Pet. 2:6

For it is said in Scripture, “Behold, in Tsiyon I lay a chosen and precious stone For the head of the corner; and whoever believes in Him will not be ashamed.”

It is no longer being built by physical hands. The ruins of Yisrael is being saved by The Redeemer Yahushua who by the leading of His Father is restoring the ruins by which mankind destroyed because of his disobedience

Just vision how we are working away on the stone, the stone which Yahushua is the head. We are the building! Wow!

I Cor. 3:7

Not therefore he that planted, is to be accounted of, nor he that watered; but Elohim produced the growth.

I Cor. 3:8

And he that planted, and he that watered are on a equal footing;  each receives his reward , according to his labor.

I Cor. 3:9

For we labor with Elohim; and you are Elohim’s work, and Elohim’s building. There it is, that one stone who Yahushua is the head!

I Cor. 3:10

Yahushua speaking; According to the favor of Elohim which was given to me, as a wise master builder I have laid the foundation, and another builds on it. But each one should look how he builds on it.

I Cor. 3:17

If anyone destroys the Dwelling Place of Elohim, Elohim shall destroy him. For the Dwelling  place Of Elohim is Set-apart which you are.

Warning!

So many of us get confused about who we are In Him, were we looking for another religion or a way of life. Change is required if we have turned our hearts over to the most High. He doesn’t like double mindedness, a mixture of the world with a relationship with Him, Not good! ARE WE CHRISTIANS? ARE WE MESSIANIC? ARE WE JEWS? ARE WE BELIEVERS? ( harsh one) and it goes on and on. Which is it?

Roms. 9:6

Not, however, that the Word of Elohim has actually failed. For all are not Yisrael

Roms. 9:7

Neither are they all sons because they are of the seed of Abraham: for it was said, In Isaac will your seed be called.

Roms. 9:8

That is, it is not the children of the flesh who are the children of Elohim; but the children of the Promise  are accounted for the seed.

Even Adam, Noah, Moshe knew because they were of the promise. ( They all along were preparing the foundation which Yahushua is the head.)

Yoh 5:46

For if only you had believed in Moshe, you would also be believers in me, for Moshe wrote concerning Me.

Yoh 5:47

And if you do not believe the writings of that man, how will you believe My Words?

My full understanding is I am an Yisraelite , born again by the Hebrew roots of those who were of the promise , my spiritual ancestors.

Gen. 3:2

Adam was told he must take of the tree of life to live forever.

Remember seek Him and He will give you the kingdom. Adam did!

Gen. 4:25

He was of the promise, bared fruit and Seth his son who took the place of Abel, had Enoch and Enoch Was the first to call on His Name.

Gen.6:9

Noah was a righteous man, perfect in his generation. Noah walked with Elohim.

Did Noah seek Him? Oh Yes!

How about Abraham?

Gen. 11:1

And all the earth had one language and one speech.

Gen. 11:6-7

The world (Babel) was being built and man was soon to be cursed. There way to the Kingdom was with their own hands.

Are we having that problem ?

 Gen. 14:13

One man was called to come out of Babel. He did and he was Hebrew. Hebrew was a chosen language for His people.

Rev. 18:4

And we are called out in the same way. And I heard another voice from the heaven saying “Come out of her my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive her plagues.

This is my identity. My earthly father Abraham was Hebrew and he was of the promise seed,

Acts 7:5 our new home is the new heaven and earth where man’s flesh cannot come.

We are the spiritual Yisrael. Hebrews by our descendant Abraham. I am an Yisraelite and Hebrew is my roots. HalleluYah!!!! We who say we believe are not building with fleshly wisdom, and we don’t use the worlds ammunition.

II Cor.10:4

For the weapons we fight with are not fleshly but mighty in Elohim for overcoming strongholds,

II Cor. 10;5

And we demolish imaginations, and every lofty thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of Elohim, Taking captive every thought to make it obedient to the Messiah.

    Our spiritual ancestors were called righteous and were used mightily. What a task He gave them! Obviously  Adam took of the tree of life or Noah wouldn’t have existed and Noah walked uprightly or Abraham wouldn’t  of been our heritage. Right? So we see it started from the ancient of days.

    Sisters we can make a major impact on our husbands journey as the leader of his household. For he is the master of his wife and family. Yahweh is Master of Yahushua and Yahushua is Master of the man and the man is Master of his household. If we obey this command we will help our husbands have control of the commands Yahweh has given him to raise his family in Yahweh. Put aside trying to do the mans role and just do your part in scripture, then you will see power from on high exalt your home, and Wow what a blessing of living water pouring down upon your household. This is an example of set-apartness, let them be the warriors, for they are being called to go forth in battle . We are there helpmate, so lets put aside our burdens and trust Yahweh to deliver  us so that our strength comes from Him. This is where it starts ! I believe Adam and Chawah(eve)had an awakening of what happens when you disrespect the role Yahweh has given you as man and wife. They proved they became obedient in their relationship because there was fruit coming out and the promise seed was moving forth. Repentance is available to us and though we make mistakes along the way, if our heart is remorse and we keep trying , He will hear us and send His Son to help us overcome and what a testimony we will all have.

    
    May Yahweh lift up His face toward you and give you Shalom. Blessed are we when we come in the Name of Yahweh! He is the Rock, His Word is perfect.
